The Momentum Mission
We founded Momentum Motor Sports to redefine the luxury automotive experience. For too long, the repair industry has been clouded by a lack of transparency and unease. We set out to break that stigma, replacing the typical "shop" environment with a sophisticated, light-hearted space where excellence and integrity coexist.
Our mission is to provide more than just elite technical service; we’ve created a sanctuary where you can feel confident, respected, and free to truly enjoy the drive. Whether you are bringing us a daily driver or a $100,000 investment, we serve as the dedicated stewards of your vehicle's performance.
The Team
Zach Paladini
Co-Owner
Zach’s journey to Huntsville began with a literal toss of a dart at a map, bringing him from Sacramento, CA to Alabama in 2022. Zach began working with cars at 16, honing his craft through a five-year apprenticeship at a classic Porsche restoration shop that also served all European makes. A Mercedes-Benz dealership-trained and certified specialist, Zach’s passion for the brand is so deep he even named his dog, Karl, after one of the Mercedes founders. After experiencing working in a dealership, he decided to start his own shop to try to service the industry with a higher level of excellence than provided elsewhere. For Zach, servicing a vehicle isn't just a job—it’s a deeply held passion. When he isn't in the bay, you can find him riding his Harley Davidson.
George Burton
Co-Owner
George started in the automotive service industry in 1992. He has had the opportunity to work with brands such as BMW, Lexus, Mercedes, Jaguar, Cadillac, and Volvo. Personal connections, strong relationships, and great customer service are the attributes that have defined his career.
Tyler Wheatley
Apprentice
Originally from Florida, Tyler moved to Alabama in 2022 to turn a lifelong hobby into a career. Growing up, Tyler could always be found in the garage, tinkering alongside his father and grandfathers. That curiosity has evolved into a dedicated apprenticeship at Momentum Motor Sports, where he is learning the nuances of European engineering under the guidance of our master technicians.
Sara Morris
Secretary & Concierge
The first friendly face you’ll likely meet, Sarah joined the team in 2025 after moving from Roanoke, Virginia. With a bubbly personality and a genuine love for people, Sarah handles more than just the front desk. She manages our phone lines and coordinates our signature white-glove concierge rides, ensuring your experience is seamless from start to finish. In her spare time, she is a talented photographer and diamond art enthusiast.
Israel Gonzalez
Master Technician
Israel is the technical heartbeat of the shop. A graduate of the Nashville Auto Diesel College (2019), he is a detail-oriented enthusiast known for his precision and deep understanding of complex vehicle systems. As our Shop Master Technician, Israel is driven by a passion for doing things the right way the first time. His ability to problem-solve the most intricate electrical and mechanical issues ensures that every vehicle leaving our care is in peak condition.
