At Momentum Motor Sports LLC, we stand behind our craftsmanship. Because we utilize premium parts from trusted suppliers, we are proud to offer North Alabama’s premier auto repair warranty.

Scope of Coverage

We guarantee that all services, components, and parts installed by our team will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, starting from the original date of service. If a covered repair or part fails during this window, we will rectify the issue at no additional cost to the client.

Exclusive Remedies & Limitations

The protections outlined in this agreement are the sole remedies available to the client. The liability of Momentum Motor Sports LLC is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the failed component. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential losses, including but not limited to:

• Vehicle rental fees or transportation costs.
• Loss of time or lost wages.
• Storage fees.

Eligibility & Transferability

This warranty is provided exclusively to the original purchaser of the service. It is non-transferable and will automatically expire if the vehicle is sold or if ownership is transferred to another party.

Mandatory Inspections & Maintenance

To maintain warranty eligibility, the following conditions must be met:

• Periodic Check-ups: The vehicle must be presented to Momentum Motor Sports LLC for a courtesy inspection every six (6) months following the initial repair.
• Prompt Reporting: Clients must return the vehicle to our facility immediately upon noticing a potential issue.
• Diagnostic Fees: A standard diagnostic fee applies to inspections. If the issue is determined to be covered under this warranty, the fee will be waived.
• Manufacturer Compliance: The vehicle must be maintained according to the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule.

Exclusions & Voidance

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear items.
• Damage caused by accidents, negligence, or environmental factors (e.g., corrosion).
• Misuse or abuse, including competitive racing or off-road use (unless the vehicle was factory-designed for such use).
• Failures resulting from repairs performed by third parties or "DIY" fixes.

Service Limits

All warranty work must be performed on-site at Momentum Motor Sports LLC. Our obligation is limited to correcting the specific parts or labor originally provided. The total value of any warranty claim shall not exceed the original price paid by the customer for the specific part and its installation.

Used & Customer-Supplied Parts

We provide no warranty (expressed or implied) on labor or performance for:

• Used parts.
• Parts provided by the customer.
• Components that fall below our recommended quality and reliability standards. All such items are accepted by the client “As-Is” and with all existing faults.
